PRENATAL
30 min/$50
60 min/$70
90 min/$100
Prenatal massage is is great way for pregnant women to relax and ease the aches and pains of an ever changing body. Prenatal massages after the second trimester are performed in the side-lying position. Bolsters and pillows are used to ensure client comfort. Just like traditional massages, prenatal massages are customized to fit the needs of each client. Evidence shows that massage is generally considered safe for pregnant women in all stages of pregnancy who are experiencing a pregnancy without complications. Those women who are experiencing complications during their pregnancy can still receive safe and effective massage. I do, however, ask those women who are experiencing complications to get a release from their doctor prior to their massage session. If you have any concerns, I encourage you to contact me, or your Doctor prior to the massage session.

Our luxury chair massage sessions are unlike any other chair massage you have experienced! We use specific massage techniques to address common points of stress and tension. We incorporate warm bamboo sticks to help soothe aching muscles and promote relaxation. We finish with a moisturizing hand massage complete with hot towels that will soothe dry, cracked hands and leave you completely relaxed.

CUPPING
Dynamic cupping is the use of special cups to create suction on the skin to create negative pressure. The cups are moved along the length of the muscle to relieve any adhesions or “stuck” points that cause muscle pain or stiffness. I like to use dynamic cupping in conjunction with traditional massage therapy.
I utilize two types of cups in massage sessions: plastic and silicone. Plastic cups create greater suction, and provide a deeper pull on the muscle. These cups often leave the “cup kiss” discoloration that are typical of traditional cupping (these marks usually fade after a few days). Silicone cups create less suction, and tend to work more superficially on the skin and fascia. “Cup kiss” marks are less common with silicone cups.
